COCOLAB Store Credits

You can now earn store credits when placing orders on our website. All orders are eligible for store credits.

Step 1

Place an order on our website www.cocolab.my

Step 2

Complete payment using the payment method of your choice. More on payment options here.

Step 3

You earn store credits on your purchase after successful payment is made.

Earn 1% store credits of your total order value

Earn 2x more (2%) store credits of your total order value when you spend a minimum of RM300

Earn 5x more (5%) store credits of your total order value when you spend a minimum of RM500

You can check your store credits in your account page under “My Account”.

Step 4

Use your store credits to offset any future purchases made on our website. Store credits can be used to offset any orders on normal price, with discount or with a voucher code. You can choose to redeem all store credits in a single order or a portion of your store credits in an order. Any remaining store credits will remain in your account.

- store credits are only available for purchases made online at www.cocolab.my

- store credits are not exchangeable to cash

- you can check store credits under "My Account" page

- store credits will not expire as long as you are able to login to your COCOLAB account

- store credits are not transferable to other accounts and is unique to each customer ID

- there is no limit to the amount of store credits you can redeem for any order

- valid for purchases/orders placed from 1 December 2020 onwards

- store credits not applicable for purchases prior to 1 December 2020

- store credits are non-transferable to physical outlet membership

- the management reserves the right to amend the T&C's of the campaign
