RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We strive to provide a great customer experience when you shop with us. If you've changed your mind about a product, you can contact us for an exchange before delivery has been scheduled. If you've changed your mind about a product upon receival, we allow a 30-day return & exchange policy upon receipt of the order subject to the following terms & conditions:

• Item must in its original purchase condition - item must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner
• Items purchased in a set must be returned as whole set
  

Should there be any issues regarding the established quality of our products, please email us at customercare@cocolab.my. For issues regarding the condition of packaging of products upon arrival, please view our Terms of Use. Returns & exchanges are viewed on a case by case basis.

COCOLAB deserves the right to stipulate any delivery arrangement or cost made by a customer for products that are returned or exchanged. Please note that delivery costs are to be borne by the customer as this is a cost beyond the sale of our products.
